New survey says that Floridians willing to raise taxes

The Pew Center on the States and Public Policy Institute of California released
a 92-page report that shows 70 percent of those surveyed in Florida
are willing to raise taxes to keep K-12 education funding at its current level,
while 54 percent said they would raise taxes to keep health and human services funding
at its current level. But the study also shows that prisons and transportation
are the two areas Floridians are least willing to raise taxes for. For example, only 25 percent
said they were willing to pay higher taxes to keep transportation funding at current levels.
